What NXcards does

NXcards provides digital business cards for people and companies, with one shareable page for contact information, social links, QR sharing, support, and contact saving.

Information we collect

We collect account details, access-code activity, profile content you publish, uploaded images, support messages, lead submissions, and the device or browser information needed to keep the product secure and working.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the product, publish your chosen public details, generate share assets, save contact files, answer support requests, improve AI assistance, and protect the platform from misuse.

Public and private content

Your public card only shows the details you choose to publish. Blank fields stay hidden. Private account pages, support messages, access codes, and unpublished edits are not meant for public viewing.

AI and support

AI help may use your question and current page context to generate product guidance. If AI is unavailable, NXcards falls back to built-in support guidance. Support messages sent to the developer may also include page context.

Service providers

NXcards uses Supabase for data and file storage, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and may use approved AI or email providers when configured. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules. You can request deletion of your account or profile data through support.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Contact the developer using the Help button or email support directly.
